New gas lines, rebuilt carbs, pump is clean and good prop. 151 and 150 psi in the cylinders but high hours, 225. I noticed that most people are saying that model should push 52mph. I took my GPS out on it on Friday because the speedometer does not work, and I top out at 44 mph. I weigh 180.

kcr357. Active Member. Sep 6, 2009. #2. My 96 gsx is reliable, save for a cooling line coming off and flooding the engine comp. The trim works fine. Compared to your GTX, it should be lighter, more nimble, accelerate better, less stable and more tip over prone. The trim is nice by the way, makes a huge difference.

You'll see that the grey fuel line breaks down, creating this blue/green slime. Its sitting in the filter, inside each carb, plus in the fuel pump (attached to front/mag carb).

This 2-stroke, 718cc twin featured two Mikuni carburetors and cranked out 85 HP at 7,000 RPM. Power was delivered towards an axial-flow, single-stage jet pump, which utilized a new 4-inch spacer on the front. The main idea behind adding this spacer was to increase the pump's water volume, which resulted in a slightly higher top end.

The new model measured 119 inches in length, 46.9 inches in width, and 37.4 inches in height. However, its dry weight increased from 461 to 465 pounds.
