2011 Ford Mustang GT HD Pictures
Disapointed in 1/4 mile ET w/ 2011 GT auto. A few weeks ago I took my car to PBIR in Palm Beach Fl and ran some what I would assume to be ok passed in my 2011 5.0 Auto stang. 12.24, 12.27, 12.33 & 12.38 MPH was all in 114 range. Had good air, temp was low 60's and runs were on street tires, Hankook 275 40R19 60ft times from 1.98-1.92.

Well motortrend dyonoed the new 2011 5.0 and got 434hp and 404 torque at the K&N dyon facility, bone stock!!!! They managed a 12.8 at 110mph!!!! Thats faster than the new camaro ss, and only a few tenths slower than the shelby gt500!!!

545 posts · Joined 2011. #3 · Jun 18, 2011. My best time is 13.34 e.t., 60 ft 2.147 and 109.53 mph. That is with trac control off, launching at 1500 rpm and shifting easy to eliminate wheel hop and possibly missing a gear. It hit the rev limiter several car lengths before the finish line.

Average is in the 12.5-12.8 range with some practice. Best I got was a 12.47 bone stock even on stock tires. 2012 5.0 auto 10.60@130 1/4.
