I have an original 3.5L EcoBoost engine in my 2012 F-150 with 180K miles and some change. At the very least I am looking at needing to replace driver's side turbo, timing chain, and driver's side cylinder head. It seems that the best bet is to opt for a replacement engine. I had the tranny rebuilt within the last 6 months.
