Arguably, Katsura is one of the weirdest characters in Gintama due to his unpredictable behavior and strange mannerisms. However, every time there's a flashback to the war days, there's no hint whatsoever that this is the surreal man who would one day become an enigma such as Ill Smith. I think Katsura x Ikumatsu is a bit "more canon" than these (I know I missed some ships but I tried to stick with what was the most canon/popular) because it seems like the most realistic/straightforward. Katsura's feelings are canon, and Ikumatsu's are ambiguous, which puts it a little above one-sided ships like Gintsu.
