After doing some pulling and prying I discovered that the drain tube that runs from the sunroof drain hole down the perimeter of the driver side and out was disconnected at the top. So water was entering the sunroof after a really hard rain (Florida) and as soon as it goes through the drain hole it's emptying into the ceiling instead of the tube.

The sunroof operates. properly but when you close it the window sits about 1/8 of an inch low. It causes a small. gap in the seal allowing water to drip in. You can push up on the window and it raises to. the proper location. I read some threads on other vehicles with the same problem and. you could recalibrate the roof by holding in the vent.
