I have a 08 Honda CRF booklet that lists curb weights (everything ready to ride incl full tank) and the 250R is 227, the 250X is 253. It also lists fuel capacity at 1.9 gallons, I thought the X had a 2.5 gal tank. My 05 Owner's Manual say 236 lbs dry and 2.2 gallons of fuel. 2.2lbs times 6.25lbs/gal is 13.75lbs. 236+14 is 250lbs.
