I'm thinking of getting a new Lexus and I've noticed that the NX uses run flat tires and it doesn't have space for a spare tire. I haven't bought a new car in over 10 years so I'm a bit clueless as to the benefits of these tires over conventional tires. I am also looking at the IS and that vehicle has room for a spare tire.
