Wheel horsepower all depends on the dyno, so there is no point in giving estimates for that.

Those are good numbers for a stock tune, surprised how close/even they are. They used to be more like 250whp and 270-280wtq, from what I can recall. More power down, not surprised by that, seems to have increased a little more than what Subaru claimed at the crank. These are completely stock numbers.

At what horsepower does the stock USDM STI Intercooler begin to become a restriction? Power is a function of fuel burned, which obviously depends on airflow, which, again, depends on boost level for a turbo engine, so I imagine there will be a boost pressure where the IC is no longer capable of effectively cooling the amount of air going through it at the temperature the turbo expels it at.
