If yes, there is an issue with the CarNet module. They had to completely remove the module, remove the backup battery and let it sit there for 45 minutes to do a hard reset. Then they put the battery back in and re-installed the original CarNet module. Now everything works again. Apparently this is a fairly common issue with the Atlas.

Before, when I hit APP, the app-connect screen would come up with the android auto, CarPlay and mirror link logos faded in the background. I'd plug in my phone and CarPlay came up right away.
